Things can get pretty lonely in the middle of the night for parents. That’s why at 2:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 26th, we decided to open up our phone lines in Stitcher studios and be there for you guys – literally!
For the first time ever, we hosted an all night call-in show to help connect parents in the middle of the night. And right away, these sleep-deprived strangers started connecting over their deep, dark, and sometimes hilarious confessions.
Like our first caller Amy in San Jose, CA, who told us she secretly thinks her teething daughter might be a shark. When we asked “what do you do for that,” she paused. “Call you guys?”
At 2:15 a.m., Sarah in Lewiston, ME told us what it’s like to pump during her first week back at work. And at 2:30 a.m. two women called into the show from the same far away country. Our phones didn’t stop ringing until 5 in the morning, often with multiple parents on the line all at once.
Tune in to hear the conversations amongst strangers that can only happen in the wee hours of the night.
