It was lots of fun and super informative, and we’re very excited that Debra has volunteered to do another AMA for LST listeners. If you’re not familiar with pelvic floor physical therapy, it’s just what it sounds like: physical therapy for everything in and around your pelvic. We covered this in episode #49: Healing After Childbirth, and we will again in episode #230.

What kinds of questions can I ask? Anything about your pelvic floor: peeing, pooping, leaking, sex, pain, periods, perimenopause, menopause. There’s no such thing as TMI here. Debra has heard it all.
